Why a deposit
Nobody fronts the money out of pocket.
Materials for a remodel are a real cost, and they have to be bought before the work can start. A deposit keeps that simple and keeps your start date firm.

The deposit goes on the schedule and reserves the crew for your start day, so two jobs never land on the same week.

It covers the first materials
Cabinets, shingles, tile and lumber get ordered up front. Your deposit is what pays for that first run so nothing waits on us.

It comes off your total
The deposit is not an extra charge. It is deducted from the final price you were quoted, and the receipt shows it.
