What does an estimate cost?

Nothing. We come out, look at the work, measure what matters, and tell you what it takes and what it costs.

How long does a kitchen or bathroom take?

A bathroom is usually one to two weeks. A kitchen runs two to four, depending on cabinets and counters. We give you a schedule up front and keep you told if anything moves.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, where the city requires one for the work. We handle the paperwork and we are on site for the inspection.

Can I live in the house while you work?

For most remodels, yes. We put up plastic, keep the dust contained, and clean up at the end of each day so the rest of the house stays livable.

What about a deposit?

A deposit holds your spot on the schedule and covers the first materials. You can pay it right here on the site with a card, and you get a receipt.

Do you do small repairs?

Yes. A leak, a bad outlet, a fence panel down, a hole in the drywall — those are welcome jobs, not something to call somebody else about.
